Okie Show Show

Dec 7, 2018

It’s easy to think of the film industry as a big overwhelming machine. Its full of countless department heads and thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of gear. But for every Goliath, there is a David with his little sling and a lot of passion. That’s truly the best way to describe Outsiders Productions. A small group of friends that have learned by doing. Not by going to the most expensive film schools and spending millions on their movies; but by creating new things and newer things, refining and polishing their skills to get where they are.

You can now see the work these guys do on Season 2 of Play It Loud at www.playitloudshow.com.

A note from Brian:

The fact that Adam’s track is missing on this episode kills me, but thanks to some fancy sound wizardry, you can hear the wisdom he brings to the conversation clearly. I will say I considered just not releasing the episode because of the technical issues, but I thought to myself “did you even listen to what Adam and Kenny were talking about? Don’t let your own personal failure keep you from finishing what you started.”

I typically enjoy making these episodes as lighthearted and fun as we can, but every once in a while I find myself sharing the studio with folks that just bring incredible wisdom and candor to the conversation. These guys are solid dudes. SOLID dudes. So I hope you enjoy this interview, technical warts and all.

I will most definitely have Adam and Kenny on the show again, and we will most definitely have everything working correctly.
